  • Collected data may include information you enter in a contact form.
  • Technical data (e.g. browser type, operating system, access time) is automatically collected during the visit.
  • You have the right to access, rectify, delete and restrict the processing of your data at any time.

2. Controller / Contact

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Genizi
Szymon Zymelka
Pfarrstr. 5

Deutschland
E-Mail: contact@genizi.de

If you have questions about data protection, please contact the address above.

3. Hosting / Server log files

Our website is hosted by the following provider. In this context, the hoster also processes data (e.g. log files) on our behalf:

netcup GmbH
Emmy-Noether-Straße 10
D-76131 Karlsruhe
Telefon: +49 721 7540755-0
E-Mail: mail@netcup.de
Web: www.netcup.com

Server log files may include browser type, IP address, referrer and timestamp. These data are used for operation, security and error analysis. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

04

4. General notes

A full SSL/TLS encryption of the transmission is active. However, please note that data transmission over the internet may have security gaps.

Important: We do not store any SQL database with sensitive data on this site. We do not collect or store sensitive or specially protected data — except for emails you send us via the contact form. Emails are transmitted with TLS encryption.

05

5. Contact form

If you contact us via the contact form, we store the data you provide (e.g. name, email, message) solely to process your request and for possible follow-up questions.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to contact@genizi.de . The legality of processing prior to withdrawal remains unaffected.

06

6. Cookies

Our site uses cookies to improve functionality and for analysis/marketing purposes. Many cookies are deleted after the session (session cookies). Others remain until you delete them.

You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may restrict the website's functionality.

7. Analytics & marketing tools used

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to analyze website usage. IP anonymization is active; based on the data, we create reports to improve our website. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

Opt-out / deactivation: Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Google Ads

Ads are displayed on this website via Google Ads Google uses cookies to tailor ads to your interests.

Disable personalized advertising: https://www.google.com/settings/ads.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor the technical indexing and performance of our website. The Search Console is used for webmaster analysis and does not process personal data of visitors in the usual sense.

Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Pixel)

For performance measurement and targeted advertising we use the Facebook Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (e.g. for Instagram ads). Data collected by Meta may be processed and linked with user profiles on Meta.

Opt-out / Ad settings: Facebook ad settings.

Groq API (KI-Chatbot „Geniz")

On our website we operate an AI chatbot named Geniz. The processing of message content is handled via the API of Groq Cloud, Inc..

Groq Cloud, Inc., 333 Bryant Street, Suite 320, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA
Web: groq.com

Only the content of the messages you send and the most recent conversation turns (for context retention) are transmitted. We transmit no IP addresses, no cookies and no personal identifiers to Groq. Name, email and phone number (e.g. from the contact form inside the chat) are never sent to Groq — they are delivered to us via a separate server endpoint by email.

The sole purpose of the processing is to answer your inquiry via the virtual assistant. Processing only takes place after you have explicitly agreed to the transmission via the consent banner in the chat window.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Because the data is transmitted to a provider based in the USA (third country), the transfer is additionally based on Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR (explicit consent to a third-country transfer after being informed of the possible risks).

Note: The USA does not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that of the EU. Under certain conditions (e.g. FISA 702, CLOUD Act) US authorities may request access to data processed by US providers. We inform you about this risk explicitly before you consent.

Contractual safeguards: By using the Groq API a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is concluded automatically via Groq's Customer Data Processing Addendum, which incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Modules 2 and 3, Decision 2021/914) as the transfer mechanism (Irish law, Irish courts). Groq is currently not certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) — the transfer therefore relies on SCC and your explicit consent.

Retention & model training: Per the contractual commitments in the Groq Services Agreement, Groq will not retain your inputs or outputs beyond what is necessary to provide the service ("Groq does not access, use, store, or retain Inputs or Outputs except as necessary to provide the Cloud Services") and will not use them for training or fine-tuning AI models ("Groq is not permitted to use Inputs or Outputs for training or fine-tuning any AI Model Services"). We ourselves only store the chat history briefly in your browser (sessionStorage), not on our servers. Contact form data is processed only on our email server.

Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time without giving reasons — either by closing the chat and clearing the site data in your browser, or by email to contact@genizi.de.

For more information, see Groq's contractual documents: DPA, Services Agreement and the privacy policy: groq.com/privacy-policy.

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned here, unless we are legally obliged to do so..

09

9. Your rights
